Coaches

We teach the art of cycling.

Art of Cycling is a coaching business dedicated to growing the skills, fitness, and confidence of cyclists through personal coaching and skills-instruction services designed to turn cycling into an art form.

We work with road cyclists and mountain bikers of all ages and abilities. Our ideal client has made a commitment to the sport of cycling and has a strong desire to improve. They have a goal they're working toward and have set aside time and space to make it happen. Where we come in is to help take the guesswork out of the preparation and training, so every workout has a purpose within a larger plan.

We create a supportive learning environment where riders develop their skills and abilities in a safe, progressive fashion. Our mission is to help athletes more deeply enjoy the sport of cycling by creating smart training plans that build towards meaningful goals. We do this by helping to cultivate an athletic mindset that is present, positive, and focused on process (similar to that of an artist). Our methods are designed to empower and support athletes in every area of their cycling life. Our backgrounds in racing, health, wellness, and fine art bring a wide range of experience to our coaching methodology.
